LABS & FACILITIES
3D MODELING - Designing a code compliant extraction lab can be a daunting task, but 3P Certz is prepared to help alleviate the burden. We’ll collaborate with you to determine the needs of your process, then develop a 3D model of the lab and/or facility to ensure all equipment and details are included and laid out just the way you want. Creating 3D models allow you to easily visualize spacing, create 2D Drawings, and run analysis tools such as FEA and Flow simulation.
2D DRAWINGS - The 3D model will be used to create 2D mechanical drawings, which will be prepared and stamped by a registered design professional for submittal to your local city officials. We work closely with the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) and design for compliance with the International Building Code (IBC), International Fire Code (IFC), International Mechanical Code (IMC), and any state or local equivalents of such codes.
